Important Precautions


  • Charcoal Handling:

    Use only high-quality charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal. Never use gasoline, kerosene, or other flammable liquids to ignite charcoal, as this may cause sudden flames and burns. Use a charcoal chimney starter for safe ignition.

  • Temperature & Vent Operation:

    Do not fully close both top and bottom vents simultaneously during cooking, as this may cause excessive pressure buildup inside the grill. Adjust vents gradually to control temperature and ensure proper air circulation.

  • Assembly & Placement:

    Follow the assembly instructions strictly before first use. Place the grill on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface (e.g., concrete, stone) to prevent tipping. Ensure the trolley wheels are locked during operation.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:

    Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning. Remove ash regularly to maintain proper airflow. Avoid using harsh chemicals; clean the cooking surface with a wire brush and warm water. Store the grill in a dry, covered area when not in use to protect the ceramic body from damage.

  • Extinguishing Charcoal:

    After use, close the vents partially to reduce oxygen supply and let the charcoal burn out completely. Do not pour water directly on hot charcoal, as this may crack the ceramic body. Dispose of cold ash in a metal container with a lid.
