Key Features
Kamado-Inspired Heat Retention & Insulation:
Adopts premium ceramic-infused construction inspired by traditional Kamado grills, delivering exceptional heat storage and retention capabilities. Maintains stable temperatures for hours even in outdoor weather fluctuations, ensuring uniform cooking of ingredients and efficient fuel utilization.
Precision Pellet Smoking Technology:
Integrates advanced digital temperature control system with ±15°F accuracy, realizing precise regulation of low-temperature slow smoking and high-temperature searing. The wood pellet combustion system achieves an optimal burn-to-smoke ratio, infusing food with authentic, rich wood-fired flavor that enhances chicken, ribs, and yakiniku ingredients.
22-Inch Spacious Cooking Area:
Features a 22-inch large-capacity cooking surface, providing ample space for simultaneous preparation of multiple ingredients. Ideal for outdoor gatherings, capable of satisfying the cooking needs of BBQ parties and yakiniku dinners with ease.
Versatile 6-in-1 Cooking Modes:
Combines the advantages of pellet smokers and Kamado grills to support grilling, smoking, baking, roasting, braising, and yakiniku grilling. Seamlessly switches between "hot and fast" searing and "low and slow" smoking, meeting diverse culinary demands from classic BBQ to authentic Japanese yakiniku.
Enhanced Smoke Locking Performance:
Comes with a full-length lid gasket that tightly seals the cooking chamber, locking in smoke and heat effectively. Maximizes fuel efficiency while intensifying the smoky flavor of food, creating restaurant-level BBQ and yakiniku taste.
Important Precautions
Pellet Selection & Storage:
Only use high-quality hardwood pellets specifically designed for pellet grills. Do not use damp, moldy, or contaminated pellets, as they may affect combustion efficiency and produce harmful fumes. Store pellets in a dry, sealed container to avoid moisture absorption.
Temperature & Fire Control:
Before heating up, ensure the lid gasket is intact and the cooking chamber is properly sealed. Do not exceed the maximum temperature limit (600°C) of the grill. If flare-ups occur, close the lid slightly and reduce the temperature setting; do not use water to extinguish the fire directly, as it may damage the ceramic components and cause splashing.
Proper Shutdown & Cooling:
After use, set the temperature to the lowest level and let the grill run for 10-15 minutes to burn off residual pellets and grease. Turn off the power (if equipped) and wait for the grill to cool down completely (at least 1-2 hours) before cleaning, moving, or covering it. Never attempt to clean or disassemble hot components.
Weather Adaptation:
Avoid using the grill in severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, or extreme cold. If using in light rain, ensure the power supply (if any) is protected from water and the grill is placed on a flat, non-slip surface to prevent tipping.
Operation by Adults Only:
The grill should be operated by responsible adults. Do not leave the grill unattended during use, especially when cooking at high temperatures. Keep a fire extinguisher or a bucket of sand nearby for emergency fire suppression.
