Finally, it is fired in a high-temperature kiln at around 1500°C for several hours to enhance density, heat resistance, and structural stability.
Stainless Steel Component Processing:
High-quality stainless steel materials are subjected to precision rolling to ensure uniform thickness and excellent toughness. The rolled stainless steel sheets are then cut into specific sizes for grates, frames, and egg racks using advanced cutting equipment. The components go through welding, grinding, and polishing processes: welding is performed with appropriate current and speed to ensure firm joints, followed by grinding to smooth weld seams and polishing to achieve a sleek, rust-resistant surface.
Airflow System Assembly:
