Important Precautions
Outdoor Use Only:
This grill is designed exclusively for outdoor use. Do not operate it in enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces (e.g., garages, tents) to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning and fire hazards.
Heat Safety:
The grill body and cooking grates become extremely hot during use. Always use heat-resistant gloves when touching any hot surfaces, and keep children and pets at least 3 feet away from the operating area.
Proper Ventilation:
Ensure the adjustable dampers are not fully blocked during operation to maintain adequate air circulation, which is essential for safe combustion and temperature control.
Fuel & Ignition Safety:
Only use natural lump charcoal (do not use lighter fluid, gasoline, or other flammable liquids). Wait until the charcoal is fully ignited (covered with white ash) before placing food on the grates. Turn off the electronic ignition after successful ignition.
Cool-Down Period:
Do not touch, move, or clean the grill immediately after use. Allow it to cool down completely (at least 2 hours) before handling, emptying ash, or storing.
Maintenance Caution:
Regularly inspect the ceramic body for cracks or damage. Stop using immediately if any damage is found. Clean the stainless steel grates and ash pan regularly to prevent grease buildup, which may cause fires.
