Key Features
Premium Ceramic Construction:
High-temperature fired ceramic material ensures excellent heat retention and insulation, locking in food juiciness while reducing charcoal consumption compared to traditional grills.
Adjustable Height Cooking Grate:
Standout adjustable design allows precise control of heat intensity, enabling seamless switching between searing thick steaks and slow-cooking delicate ingredients (fish, vegetables) to avoid overcooking.
Built-in Hood Thermometer:
Equipped with an integrated hood thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring, guaranteeing professional-grade cooking results consistently.
Versatile Outdoor Application:
Ideal for garden gatherings, camping trips, and backyard barbecues, with a spacious cooking area that can accommodate 4-10 people.
Durable & Reliable Build:
Features anti-rust components and a secure magnetic latch, combining long-lasting durability, practical functionality, and easy portability for outdoor culinary adventures.
Premium Raw Material Selection & Preparation:
We carefully select high-quality raw materials including pottery waste, quartz stone, and clay in a scientific ratio . The pottery waste and quartz stone are first crushed into fine particles and sieved through a fine sand screen to ensure uniform granularity, which lays the foundation for excellent heat retention of the ceramic body.
Mixing & Molding:
The sieved materials are mixed with an appropriate amount of clay and water, then stirred thoroughly to form a homogeneous clay paste. Using a custom egg-shaped mold, the clay paste is subjected to sectioned die-casting to form the grill body and lid. The molded parts are then bonded according to design requirements to ensure the integrity of the kamado structure.
Drying & Trimming:
The bonded greenware is placed indoors for air-drying, followed by rough grinding to trim the joints and surface, ensuring smooth connection and regular shape. After rough grinding, the greenware is further dried (either sun-dried or oven-dried) to remove excess moisture, preventing cracking during firing.
High-Temperature Firing:
The dried greenware is placed in a kiln for centralized firing, with the kiln temperature precisely controlled within the range of 800-1000°C ¹. This high-temperature firing process enhances the ceramic's density and heat resistance, making the grill body durable and less prone to cracking ³.
Precision Finishing & Assembly:
After firing, the ceramic body undergoes precision grinding and repair to optimize the surface smoothness. It is then subjected to coloring treatment with high-temperature resistant pigments and air-dried. Finally, key components such as the adjustable cooking grate, built-in hood thermometer, anti-rust metal parts, and magnetic latch are assembled, followed by strict quality inspection to ensure each product meets the standard.
