Production Process

1、Ceramic Body Molding

The production process starts with molding the ceramic body. The ceramic material, usually a mixture of clay and other additives, is shaped into the desired form, such as the egg shape. This is often done using molds. The molded ceramic body is then left to dry slowly to prevent cracking. After drying, it is fired in a high - temperature kiln. The firing process can reach temperatures of up to 1200 - 1300 degrees Celsius, which gives the ceramic its strength and heat - retention properties.

2、Assembly of Components

Once the ceramic body is ready, the various components are assembled. This includes attaching the metal hinges, handles, and vents. The hinges are carefully installed to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation. The handles are fixed in place, and the vents are fitted to the lid and the base of the grill. All the components are tested to ensure they are functioning correctly before the grill is packaged for sale.
